These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fin0.cloud, including the web app at app.fin0.cloud and the fin0 mobile apps (iOS, Android) (together, the "Service"), operated by Denis Pishchukhin, operating as fin0.cloud (NIF: Z2646978M), based in Getxo, Bizkaia, Spain ("fin0", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

fin0 is a personal finance tracking tool. It helps you record transactions, set budget categories, and view a daily "spending corridor" signal (Green/Yellow/Red) based on data you enter yourself.

fin0 does not connect to your bank accounts and does not access your real financial accounts. All figures are based entirely on data you manually enter. fin0 is not a bank, payment institution, financial advisor, or broker, and nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for financial decisions you make.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use fin0.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account (e.g. a valid email address, or a Google account for sign-in).
• You may delete your account at any time from the app's account settings; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are shown in EUR and may include applicable VAT depending on your location.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until then. We do not prorate partial periods.

3.4 Refunds

Except where required by applicable consumer protection law (including your right of withdrawal under EU law for certain digital purchases, where applicable), payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@fin0.cloud.

3.5 Changes to pricing

We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. We will give you reasonable advance notice by email or in-app before any price change affecting your active subscription takes effect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the financial data you enter into fin0. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you (e.g. calculating your corridor status). See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep fin0 available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of material changes that reduce functionality for paid subscribers.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The spending corridor signal and any calculations are based solely on the data you provide and are for informational purposes only — they do not constitute financial advice and may not reflect your complete financial picture.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fin0 and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or financial decisions made in reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protection rights.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; data deletion is handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply and take precedence where they conflict with these Terms. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the courts of Bizkaia, Spain, unless applicable consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
